Parenting Class Friday, Dec. 21

Stevie WestmorelandOur Parenting Class meets on Friday, Dec. 21 from 10:30 am to noon.  Led by Stevie Westmoreland, MS, MEd, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), and Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), each month covers a new topic.

In our December meeting, we will deepen our attuning skills by learning to understand, identify, and label with language the six healthy needs of our children.  These needs include belonging, nurturance, support, protection, limits, and respect.

Although these classes have been building upon each other, interested individuals are invited to join at any time.  Future meetings will be on the third Friday of every month, from 10:30 am-noon.  The program is free, and no pre-registration is necessary.  For more information, please visit Stevie’s website, or call her at 985-2511.
