Tonight: KFL 12th Edition 5K Run/Walk.
July 10, 2009 · Leave a Comment
If you aren’t already aware, our 12th Edition 5K Run/Walk is tonight!
If you haven’t already registered to participate, it isn’t too late — on-site registration begins at 4pm this afternoon under the blue tent on the library lawn. The registration desk will be open until 5:30pm.
The race goes off at 6pm, and all participants get a free meal, courtesy of Federal Jack’s, the Seafood Center, Cummings Market, the Landing Store and others. For everyone else — those who are coming to cheer the runners and walkers, those who are coming for the free concert by the Mousam River Rats, those who are coming to buy a few more tickets for our huge, huge raffle — the meal will cost $5.00.
Don’t miss this annual blast of an event!

We’re rolling out a brand new circulation system tomorrow! Due to the changeover, we will be opening at 2:00 PM rather than our regular 12:30 PM.
We’re very sorry for the inconvenience, but we think you’ll think it’s worth it — once the new system is up and running, you’ll be able to renew your books online, place holds and check your account from home.
